Born and raised in Ottawa with a diploma in construction engineering, he’s always working hard to provide top-class care and service — and he’s passionate about connecting his industry partners with great Reliance products and services.
When Phil isn’t growing and developing business relationships within the construction and commercial industries, he loves playing rugby and supporting his local club, as well as winding down at the cottage.
