Shannon Bertuzzi brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, spanning over 25 years. As the Director of Builder Sales at Reliance, she plays a crucial role in driving strategic builder initiatives and fostering participant engagement. Throughout her impressive career, Shannon has made significant contributions to the successful development of numerous residential, commercial, and new construction programs.

Shannon’s expertise extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She is actively involved in various industry organizations and committees, serving as a valuable member of the Simcoe County Home Builder Board of Directors and the MOECC Lake Simcoe Steering Committee. In addition, she has dedicated her time and leadership as a past four-year Board Director for BILD and a three-year Board of Director member for the Durham Home Builder Association.

Recognized for her outstanding advocacy and leadership in promoting sustainable communities, Shannon has been invited to speak at numerous government and municipal events. In 2015, Shannon was honoured with EnerQuality’s Industry Leader of the Year award, further highlighting her exceptional contributions to the industry.

Jennifer is on a mission: to contribute, lead and serve. For over 12 years, she has served as a director on the board of the Durham Region Home Builders’ Association, having won the Presidents Star Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and in 2013/2014 served as the association’s president. Jennifer has also been a board member and on the selection committee for Habitat for Humanity in her region.

In 2008, 2009 and 2010, Jennifer received the President’s Sales Award for Reliance.

Trish was a founding member of the inaugural Race for Humanity planning committee, which has garnered thousands of dollars for Habitat for Humanity. She has also proudly contributed on the BILD Membership Committee and has been a regular volunteer at the Builder Baseball tournament. She has also participated in recent BILD Housing Tours to Nashville and New York.

Carla Agostino has been with Reliance Home Comfort for over 34 years, working in the new home construction market for the last 20. Carla is an active member of home builders’ associations and has an extensive record of contribution with and recognition from the Hamilton/Halton Home Builders’ Association, holding various positions on the board and serving as its president in 2012. From this same association, Carla has been awarded the prestigious President’s Award (2005 and 2007) and Distinguished Service Award (2011). Under her leadership, Reliance was named Member of the Year in 2008, 2009 and again in 2010.

In 2018, the association awarded Carla with a special “Superwoman Award”.
