Shannon brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to her role, where she is responsible for strategic builder initiatives and participant engagement. Her wealth of knowledge, as well as her ability to inspire and foster relationships, has been instrumental on several successful residential, commercial and new construction programs developed throughout her career.

Shannon brings more than 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to her role, where she is responsible for strategic builder initiatives and participant engagement. Her wealth of knowledge, as well as her ability to inspire and foster relationships, has been instrumental on several successful residential, commercial and new construction programs developed throughout her career. And she has spoken at many government and municipal events, receiving many letters of commendation from leaders for her enthusiasm and efforts at promoting sustainable communities.
Shannon sits on the Simcoe County Home Builder Board of Directors and MOECC Lake Simcoe Steering Committee. She is also past four-year Board Director for BILD and past three-year Board of Director member for the Durham Home Builder Association. In 2015 she won EnerQuality’s Industry Leader of the Year award in recognition of extraordinary advocacy and leadership in driving the growth of energy efficiency and green building in Ontario.

Jennifer is on a mission: to contribute, lead and serve. For over 12 years, she has served as a director on the board of the Durham Region Home Builders’ Association, having won the Presidents Star Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and in 2013/2014 served as the association’s president. Jennifer has also been a board member and on the selection committee for Habitat for Humanity in her region.
In 2008, 2009 and 2010, Jennifer received the President’s Sales Award for Reliance.
Her dedication, strong interpersonal skills and experience in the new construction industry make a positive impact on her clients and their businesses each and every day.

Trish brings 15 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to her role at Reliance Home Comfort. Prior to joining, she achieved success across multiple disciplines at The Toronto Star, HOMES Publishing and SaleFish Software. Trish believes the building industry fundamentally rests on a strong foundation of partnerships and relationships. And, in fact, through her various roles, combined with her enthusiasm and positive attitude, Trish has relished the opportunity to develop longstanding relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Continuing Success Built on Partnerships and Relationships
Trish was a founding member of the inaugural Race for Humanity planning committee, which has garnered thousands of dollars for Habitat for Humanity. She has also proudly contributed on the BILD Membership Committee and has been a regular volunteer at the Builder Baseball tournament. She has also participated in recent BILD Housing Tours to Nashville and New York.
When she’s not working, Trish is a proud ‘Boy Mom’ to teenage son Charlie. And, when she’s not exploring the world, she loves to ‘find the fun’ in everything she does.
